A LITTLE SOMETHING
ABOUT ME.
Building great products, growing design teams, and baking a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls. Over the past 15+ years, my work has spanned hands-on design, creative direction, and design systems for complex digital experiences, especially in streaming video, connected devices, and emerging tech.
Hi! I’m Tiffany, a Product Design Director, Product Designer, strategic advisor, and RISD graduate. I love tackling complex structural problems, shaping new products from zero to one, and staying close enough to the fine details to make sure the final experience actually feels intuitive and delightful to use.
I focus heavily on building design teams that thrive on experimentation, curiosity, and creative problem-solving. Whether I’m mapping out multi-platform strategy, establishing design systems, or testing new tools, I bring hands-on craft, strategic rigor, and a practical sense of how to get ambitious ideas made.
For me, the best work happens when I work with empathy, playful experimentation, and a strong "OCD" level of execution. I’m always looking for the next problem to solve and exciting challenge to learn from.

YES, I’D LOVE TO CONNECT.
CBS INTERACTIVE 2012 — 2019
I started hands-on with the original iOS launch experience before leading the platform’s expansion across mobile and connected TV. I pitched and designed a unified cross-platform living room experience, then built and managed the teams, production pipelines, and design infrastructure required to scale the product into millions of homes.

THE ARC
The CBS All Access journey was not a single redesign; it was the parallel growth of a flagship product and a design role. As the product expanded from handheld devices to smart TVs, consoles, live programming, and international markets, my responsibilities shifted from direct execution to strategic direction, organizational scale, and cross-platform alignment.
Designed and launched the core iOS experience, then expanded to Android phones and tablets.
Brought the product into the living room on Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, and Fire TV.
Pitched and authored a cross-platform TV vision so the CBS brand, rather than restrictive platform templates, defined the experience.
Scaled design operations across game consoles, smart TVs, live event streams, and global markets while building the organization to support it.
BUSINESS SCALE
Product strategy and infrastructure evolved alongside exponential audience growth:

DEFINE THEN REFINE
The work started with hands-on execution, launching and refining our flagship iOS and Android mobile applications. By establishing a user-centered mobile core, we defined the primary interaction patterns, feature sets, and visual foundation across handheld devices, setting the stage for cross-platform scaling.

The work started with hands-on execution, launching and refining our flagship iOS and Android mobile applications. By establishing a user-centered mobile core, we defined the primary interaction patterns, feature sets, and visual foundation across handheld devices, setting the stage for cross-platform scaling.

I led the extension into Xbox, PlayStation, and embedded Smart TV environments (Samsung and Vizio). As the platform matured, we introduced complex live interaction patterns, including multi-channel live streaming and high-traffic tent-pole event coverage for the Grammys and Emmys.

LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONS
As the product footprint expanded, operational structure became essential to sustain velocity and quality across platforms.
Built and managed the design team responsible for iOS, Android, mobile, tablet, and television experiences.
Built and managed the production team creating key artwork and visual assets used throughout the product ecosystem.
Created the design-team archiving system that preserved design work, product history, and shared organizational knowledge.
Created an experimental design and pitching capability for CBS All Access and other CBS-owned properties, including The CW.
Partnering with web leadership, I audited our cross-platform ecosystem to establish a cohesive design system. Rather than forcing rigid visual uniformity, we focused on systemic alignment: ensuring key features and brand signatures remained consistent while allowing each native platform to behave naturally.
Through the Design Lab and internal hackathons, we tested emerging interaction concepts before they hit the formal roadmap, including an early Apple Watch companion app for CBS All Access, which earned a Webby Award nomination and placed 2nd at the CBS Interactive Hack Day.
RETROSPECTIVE
The architectural patterns, team operations, and platform unification strategies developed during these years established the foundation for the platform's ultimate rebrand and transformation into Paramount+.
Looking back with the benefit of hindsight, two critical shifts would have accelerated our momentum even further:
A+E NETWORKS 2020 – 2023
Unifying six networks' worth of fragmented streaming products under one design foundation.

DEFINE THEN REFINE
GETTING THE BIGGER PICTURE
To gain full visibility into product performance and UX friction across A+E Networks, I personally initiated a comprehensive audit of our AVOD and SVOD applications.
The evaluation surfaced critical cross-app fragmentation: inconsistent interaction patterns, siloed engineering workflows, and user confusion surrounding access, pricing, and content availability. To transform these findings into an actionable roadmap, we executed three key initiatives:
DESIGN SYSTEM & OPERATIONS
As the AVOD and SVOD footprint expanded, a unified product foundation became essential to sustain quality, accessibility, and speed across platforms.
Architected a centralized design system with shared principles, reusable components, and complete documentation spanning both SVOD and AVOD products.
Established regular alignment with hardware engineering, data science, and product management, establishing the design system as a shared operational language.
Stood up integrated workflows across research, design, systems, and UAT, establishing guidelines and training to align cross-functional teams.
Expanded system focus beyond immediate feature delivery to drive network-wide accessibility compliance and long-term workflow efficiency.
BUSINESS SCALE
Product velocity and design efficiency evolved alongside a unified operational foundation:
REDUCING TIME-TO-MARKET FOR NEW FEATURES
MEASURABLE DROP IN INCONSISTENCIES ACROSS PRODUCTS
STRENGTHENED BRAND IDENTITY & LONG-TERM FUTURE GROWTH
Looking back, the next critical step was establishing continuous feedback loops—pairing user testing with business intelligence telemetry to validate feature comprehension and guide iterative refinements. This initial build created a lasting design architecture, reinforcing the cross-functional partnerships essential for long-term product success.
REFLECTION
BEACHBODY
I designed and launched the bike product, extending Beachbody’s established digital fitness ecosystem into a new connected-fitness experience.

Product launch + business context
The exercise bike launch introduced Beachbody’s first dedicated physical product surface, scaling its digital ecosystem into live hardware. The following figures outline the market reach and ecosystem scale around the launch.

THE CHALLENGE
Beachbody recognized a major growth opportunity in connected fitness, driving the development of a dedicated companion app for the Beachbody Bike. This signaled a fundamental shift in product and design strategy, moving away from DVD-era design patterns to build an immersive visual language and UI architecture tailored for a 27″ Android tablet.
Working within distinct hardware constraints, the app extended beyond standard workout delivery to drive long-term motivation, track progress, and cultivate community, ultimately setting a new standard for user-centered design across future connected fitness products.
